27 days and doing pretty good. Getting a bit easier to manage cravings now. Weighted myself today ...I've lost 2 kilos!!! Don't want to eat cause it makes me want a cigarette

Hi Lizzie 1, please don't stop eating. Why don't you try some different dishes that you haven't tried before so you don't associate the smoking with the eating. Not a good idea to starve yourself, you will create a whole new set of issues. Be careful and keep posting.
