I've hit 6 months Yay. I also self discovered by experimenting for a long time that I need to massage under my armpits and around that area. I'm using a belt to do it and have been feeling so much less tense after releasing the stiff muscles. I'd never of made these discoveries if I was still using nicotene in any form.
