Wow Smokers Smell Bad!!!

41 DAYS SMOKE FREE! I feel and smell great! WOW I cannot believe I may have smelled like some smokers! One thing that will keep me quit is smelling how Horrendous peoples breath is after having a smoke and coming into my office. I apologize to anyone I may have grossed out while I was smoking! Lol
Keep up the great work everyone! This site is great to keep you on track and realize you have others to lean on every now and then!

Hi cf, yes smoking does leave you with a stench that you personally don't smell. Since giving up i find people especially who have never smoked do not step back or aside any longer whilst I am in a conversation with them.Yes i realise now that i did blindly upset a few people. Cheers.
