46 days and today had so many times when I just really wanted a smoke, no idea why, seems like all I have done is eat and chew to try and relieve the craving, but nothing has helped, I just really wanted a smoke. Have not given in, going to go to bed early and hope I have a better day tomorrow with the cravings abating

YO - YOU ARE NOT OVER WITH WITHDRWAL SYMPTOMS YET - IT TAKES 90 DAYS TO COMPLETLY GET OUT OF IT. DONT SMOKE AND STICK WITH YOUR COMMITMENT.

IF YOU MADE IT THAT FAR I KNOW YOU CAN HIT THE 90 DAYS TOO..

KEEP GOING AND BE AN INSPIRATION FOR ALL OF US.

One thing I read in the book we were talking about that I found helped me is that your not giving anything up, your gaining freedom, escaping the prison, waking up to the scam tobacco companies pulled on us and that every withdrawal should be enjoyed. But who am i to talk, i havnt even lasted a day yet.

You probably know this but thought it might help.
