Two weeks to go

Just 2 weeks to go for my first year nicotine free. ⏳. 14 days one day at a time. I am still flabbergasted that I have come this far. This is a really big deal as it is with all of us who have quit. Don't underestimate the massive struggle we have undergone. Giving up cigarettes has been one of the hardest things to do but by far one of the most rewarding. Thanks for all the support here.

Hi Dobbin wow the 7th Sept is going to be such a huge day, are you going to do anything special?

Hi Chezzel. As we are in the UK it will be 6th September ( I hope ). A celebratory meal out with my wife I think and a bracelet for her for being so patient when I got snappy from time to time. Thanks for the idea.

What a romantic you are, Dobbin. You know those who do the hard yards and go a long distance are hoping those who have been there for a while will succeed. Nothing worse than realizing someone has disappeared from the site because they have regressed. Make the most of that 1 year abstinence & celebrate with your wonderful patient wife. She is getting an amazing gift. Pressure will be on as will the encouragement to keep going.

Oh bless you. You do make me chuckle, have a fantastic night out. You both deserve it. Wow, a whole year. You will be able to get your life insurance reduced too, apparently. Double wammy!

Well done Dobbin. I wish you a fantastic celebratory night out. I can't wait for my year which is in about 67 days time.
