Well, 6 weeks down and moving towards 7. Walking 3 times per week for at least half hour really helps when you quitting. I find i get little puffed out but much more stamina than when i smoked. The walk includes a 250mtres fair incline which makes you work a touch harder, but it is all for the best. What i find good too is talking to non smoker friends as the encouragement and enlightment that i get from them is overwhelming and makes me pursue my goal.
