Never giving up

I slipped up over the weekend, but I am extremely determined to stay smoke free, my motto is never give up on giving up, and I'm now into day 2 of quitting, remembering my reasons for quitting and my motivation. My bank balance is also heaps better, and I find using the NRT really helps as well.

The best thing about being a quiter. I cant tell you how many times i've restarted smoking and the quit again. But every time i start i quit cos i promised myself a long time ago it aint worth it. Okay so i hear you say why. Why d.you start again?

Why'd i start again cos something happened and life does happen. What made me quit ? I had a reason a purpose. in fact my purpose for quitting is 11years old. I've been smoke free for 10 of those years. It is possible to be smoke free and it is easy

Well i had to go every day. Doctors orders after a slipped disc had changed my life. and then my life was to change in a profound and good way, this time so soon after my injury

that's the way back on the horse we only lose when we stop wanting to quit,
well done!!
