My first weekend

So I took the Champix only for the first 7 days before I stopped smoking.... Then I decided to stop smoking and stop taking the tablets all together... So basically I half cold turkey'd lol.

This weekend was my 1st weekend smoke free, I thought it was going to be very hard..... Today I woke up day 7 and still smoke free.... I enjoyed my weekend as I did things I wouldnt do cause I would most likely be laying around smoking....

I do feel that even my hangover was better... I feel better and my body does too everyday a bit better.
