Drink and no smoke!

schedule 21 Aug 2016

Another day down another $25 (or so) richer. Interesting weekend with some cravings popping up and my first time being in a social situation with alcohol and no smokes. I passed! (who would have thought) Being unwell and unable to drink more than 2 drinks may have had a rather large impact on this but I'm glad to have gotten through it. I was on guard and will be for a long time to come, I don't want to put myself into too many situations with alcohol as we all know smokes and booze are like meat pie and sauce- basically married to each other....

I'm still feeling a little strange and at times acting a little weird, actually come to think of it that's probably just normal me. I am however grinding my teeth a lot and a little impatient - that's not normal me... Wishing you all a happy week. Keep smiling....

Wtg Cranky, you are amazing that is a huge obstacle and you passed, so proud of you!!! I have avoided those situations so far, but am going to a wedding in Sept that will be my first test, but I will be on my guard. Like you I feel a bit strange, perhaps this is the new norm, not sure just know I don't feel like my self, not even sure if that's a good thing or not.
