Double digits.

Yay, made the double digits and feeling ok. Goal now is not to double the weight! I've had 7 weeks off Bootcamp and back at it tomorrow, that should help keep me out of trouble.. Sleep was a bit wonky last night, woke up a lots of times but small price to pay for kicking this habit.

Good on you, I know what you mean about constantly waking up but going to boot camp should help keep that in check. Keep up the good work!

Tara88 - boot camp was a struggle, sore muscles already but I'm going to give it a few weeks to see how i go. Previously I did it for 6 months but its flared up an old injury so time will tell if I can keep it up.
