Bakers Dozen

The good old bakers dozen - ( no, i know what you're thinking - I did not eat 13 donuts today) day 13 is nearly over and what a day it was. Emotionally I was down and fought to keep a smile on my face. At one stage i checked my email on my phone and saw comments from a members on yesterdays post and it really lifted me. Thank you!. This site is such a good platform for being honest, being inspired and having a damn good whinge. I realised today that even though there is some tough things going on, they would still be happening and I would still be stressed and emotional regardless of smoking or not. I just have to learn new ways of handling this instead of turning to the smokes and sucking the issues down. Its a learning curve, but a worthwhile one.... Thinking of you all on your journey's. Be brave, be strong and try to laugh...

That's encouraging from you. Am sure things will only get easier as time passes. Do not look back but focus on the good things ahead of you when you finally shake the tobacco mouse!
