A little of everything

Two weeks today and I am doing a little happy dance whilst typing. What a ride it has been so far. I gone from frantically cleaning and baking, shopping, to constant walking ( yep call me Forest) to being extremely cranky then emotional and now - well now I'm just a little of all of the above rolled into one. This journey for me is acknowledging that I can make it through difficult times without needing a cigarette. I would like to think I don't need all the food I seem to be consuming lately as well but that's another battle for another time!.
Keep smiling everyone, no matter how bleak it seems we all have something to be grateful for...

Ha ha ha, Cranky, you will have to change your name on here if you continue this happy stage. You made me chuckle. Well done! Yes, the emotions are a bit weird but it does all settle down and you begin to feel more like yourself again except a better version. Congrats on two weeks, that's tremendous. Keep going, keep posting and be well.

Hey Cranky76 that is great news. Do not worry if you eat a little more. You can always get the weight off....but you cannot get the tar off......sorry for sounding harsh but that is how it is. Keep going.
