50 days today
Wow 50 days - feels like a major milestone!!!!! Feels much longer than 7 weeks lol guess its just a matter of perception - still have some days where I really struggle, but reading other peoples posts makes me realise this is quite normal. Stay strong everyone, one hour/day at a time hope you all have a great day.
Congratulations Chezzel. You must feel so much better. For me it's 12 weeks but it feels like it's longer than 12 weeks but it gets easier. I can handle it with people that they smoke around me it does worry me.
Hey Chezzel. Sounds like you are doing great. Like you I had times when I struggled but can say that it just keeping getting better. The occasional thought comes at the most strange times but learning to deal with these is essential. Don't linger on the thoughts and they go as quick as they come. Thanks for sharing
50 days is a milestone, congrats to you! I agree with the struggle, mine is with my emotions. So nice to read other ahead of me and knowing I will soon be there..
