Ringing in the ears
WOW I have made it to day 14 - thanks for all your comments they have given me strenght to resist on the very difficult days. stay strong everyone. Has anyone experienced ringing or wooshing sounds in ears? it started at the same time I quit. Is this a quitting symptom & will it go away? it is very loud at night making it difficult to fall asleep.
Hi Jmansour. Had similar symptoms and many more. Your body and mind will gradually adjust to the changes. Taking nicotine and other substances away from our systems is bound to have an effect. All my symptoms have subsided some of which were ( poor sleeping : anger : head rushes : weight gain : sadness : itchy scalp ) apart from the weight gain all are much better. If you haven't done so let your doctor know you have quit. Dobbin
yep takes time for adjustments I have been on a roller coaster ride for the last 124 days and well up down and around means I am still alive :)
hang in there they say it gets better and only one way to find out :)
