Questions about symptoms?

So I've been smoke free for about 3 days now and I am having horrible chest pains and it feels like my chest is trembling if that makes sense. I am also super constipated now and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?? Tmi but it's been like 4 days 😭

body is detoxing readjusting strange things might happen I had pains in the chest they went after a couple weeks.
we are going through detox sometimes its not so much fun !!
