I survived Day 1

What an interesting day. I rolled out of bed, straight to the kitchen bench for my pack of smokes and 'Oh, I don't smoke anymore'. I paused, pondered that and felt a bit lost. So lost I went to work early. Morning break time once again I go to get my smokes from my bag an 'Oh, that's right...' I felt unsettled throughout the day but ok. The Champix helps the cravings it's just the routine that I have been following for 2 decades that I need to change.. Onwards and upwards I say...

sounds like a pretty normal 1st day that association stuff gets easier over then nest few weeks, but you did one day so you can now do another day,
just like all of us we quit one day at time :)
well done!!

Well done cranky first day down, now just keep going hour by hour day by day like the rest of us quitters, every smoke we don't have increases our chance of being smoke free oh and keep posting and reading posts they really do help
