Day 4 think it is getting easier but not much, reading the stories from others is helping, like you White Willow I am getting on here first thing in the morning in stead of lighting up, and at high stress times, believe me you are all really helping, some of your comments make me laugh, some make me cry, although crying and being teary seems to be the norm, not usual for me, I am normally the tough nut, with a stiff upper lip, I am finding it hard to understand the tears but hopefully they will stop soon. I have dropped the tablets from 1 twice a day to 1 once a day to see if that helps with the crying. Hang in there everyone I am so proud of each and everyone of you, and the inspiration and help you are providing me

Very proud of you as well on doing day 4....

I went cold turkey, so not sure what the effects the tablets have on a person, but when giving up your body and mind go through so many phases of emotions and needs to get through the day without a smoke, so this is where you have to be strong, stubborn...

Be positive that you will overcome this addiction by taking it day by day...

We need your input as much as you need ours...so hang in there and be patient with yourself.

yes you reminded me of the earlier days when I felt like smoking but the first thing I'd do is start reading up on my addiction to nicotine

Congratulations on Day Four! No getting around it, it is hard! Don't know about the tablets, but I know for me, nicotine was pretty much out of my system by day three and it has been psychological ever since....hang in! I wouldn't want to repeat that first week for nothing, so, my friend, You are helping me stay smoke free today!
