Hi...I've just had my last smoke....forever! I hope. I've been smoking for just over 40 years so pray I haven't left it too late. Tried a few times before but usually because of pressure from family. This is the first time I've felt like I really want to and will succeed! Congratulations to everyone who has quit.....

Congratulations, Annie this is your first step toward a better healthier life, I truly believe in you and I understand just how hard it was just to get to this point, the mind games begin, but the biggest advice I can suggest is that when you have cravings jump onto this website and post , read and educate , until the cravings subside , you're also going to go on a really cool journey , I thought that it's all about quitting, but as I have found out it's one big self discovery, embrace it as I have and it makes being and being a non smoker a lot more fun and easier than any other past attempts in quitting.

Today is my one week anniversary and I had smoked for 30 years plus and my habit was 50 a day , we can and have quit and sharing this very personal journey with you is very special , so thank you, keep strong sweet heart, we have done it, sweet dreams, muwwwa xxxooo ๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜œ

you can do it annie63 come here read write what we keep hidden has power over us. a problem shared is halved all those clichรฉs but they are true.

many of us are non smokers today because we want to be and because we have helped each other with our stories there is no right or wrong answer only one thing its the 1st puff that sets of the craving!!

good luck and well done!!

You can do it Annie, I am on my third day of quitting struggling a little today it's all mainly in my head now, I am just taking one day at a time and saying no to lighting up. All we have to do is resist the urge and take it one day at a time ๐Ÿค
