I was so tired

its harder to think about not having a cigarette than it is to have one , once I realized that is what was making me tired I was able to move on ok its week 2 only on the Champix but I have gone from a 40 a day addiction to my 2nd day f none:) ...yes I feel a little fragile ..but most of all I am proud of me !!!! a lil scared because after several previous attempts this time feels a little easy ...could this be the one??

Hi Schammie, You should be proud of you! :o) Well done!! I think this time could be the one just keep pushing yourself and hold on to that proud feeling.

Fantastic, it will get easier stay strong and enjoy being smoke free. there will be tough days I can't deny that but the pull becomes less and your skin and hair will look amazing. Keep going, you're doing fantastically.

you did one day you can do 2 you did 2 you can do 3 , yeah its not easy dam straight but if you told me at 2 days you would make 93 as I am at today I would have laughed so hard.
so yes you can do it I smoked for 30+ years and well its was like my best friend and I have had to grieve the loss and that's normal when anyone loses a friend.
so be nice to you and understand big change takes time and has its ups and downs.
but life smoke free is so much easier on my mind body & wallet/
