There is no better reason to quit and beat the addiction. The joy I receive from having my daughter hug me and tell me daddy you don't smell anymore like smokes and I don't feel sick being around you is reason enough for me. Well done and all the best with fighting the evil Smoking Empire.
Jazz and IC are right, Vicki, do it for your children- they will be the reason you stop for good but also remember this is about you and a kindness you can do for yourself. Take your strength from your kids and from us here. You can and will do this. Keep us posted on your story

You people are very encouraging! I would do everything including quitting for my daughter or my son. I will also quit before I start that family.
