Finally!

Its the second day and am still not looking back. I experienced insomnia on day 1 but slept well on day 2.

that will probably bounce around I know my sleep did still does.
good luck with it its all part of the fun.
IC

I agree with IC, sleep seems to be a problem on and off with a lot of people, stay focused and good luck, sometimes it doesn't seem to be much fun, but it is all part of the journey.

Well done, you've got through day 2. That's the hardest part done. I agree with IC and Storm, sleep patterns will be a little crazy, try some herbal tea an hour or so before bed, it might help. Other than that it's all part of the game, do enjoy it. It means you're breaking free. Keep posting and stay positive.
My sleep patterns have been so out of whack since I haven't been smoking. I'll wake up periodically throughout the night and sometimes will take naps during the day and not sleep at all at night or get two hours at night and feel rested. Hoping my sleep schedule gets back on track soon.

Don't worry TaylerGlover12. That happens in the first 1 or two weeks then everything gets back to normal. Its been a month for me since I stopped smoking but am now okay. I wish you the best in your quitting journey
