well im back again for the hundredth time to try and stop smoking.
its been around 7 days now I am on the nickabate patches they are a lot dearer then the quit x patches but these ones stay on all day.starting to feel better want to stay quit for my 18 month old daughter and be around for her.stay strong everyone..
