Stop smoking / stop stinking

Well after 33 years of smoking... Done finito goneski... Almost 5 months now... Don't get me wrong I'd love a smoke with my coffe or a beer ... And when I'm doing everything else when I smoked ... But the best thing is.... Best things are... I don't stink like a smoker, I no longer cough like a smoker, I'm no longer outcast like a smoker... I've even put one to my mouth but gee whiz .... There was no way I was sucking that poison into my lungs again... I don't mind the smell of a cigarette burning somewhere in the distance but it stinks like a toxic poison... But as soon as someone who just had a smoke comes beat md I want to vomit.... Ask me how I did it.... I took the champix numerous times ... Freaky dream tablets and ended up back in the smokes... But when I was finally ready, I found the QSN tablets on Facebook , they were expensive ... Oh just about 10 days $$$ of smokes really, and after 5 days I was done. Now I got my mate to take them he quit after 3 days ... He then passed on his unused tablets to another mate but had no effect, he's still smoking 8 days later. I guess the similarities for successfully quitting is the want to, and the fact you stink , your kids bug you out or you just want to , you're ready to and you just know if you had s little bit of help and determination to get that nicotine out of your mouth, you will find anything helps. Don't worry you still want to have a smoke, but in your soul... You know, you now have a life of not wasting time sitting smoking, you're getting cleaner inside and your clothes and skin don't stink or your pillows, suddenly ,,, omg you are up to $200 a week richer (that's me😝).

your little brain has ticked over inside you and you're now replaying all the little quotes back in your mind as you smile ... You can beat the cigarette , or singing "all by myself" or the image of a big foam cigarette chasing you down the street... And the whole time you get to laugh  then you wonder why you even smoked in the first place... Like really.... Look in the mirror when you smoke, look at your hand when you are holding a cigarette, why is the government keeping you addicted to paying those MP's high taxes?  you're not even getting high or drunk... It's a filthy stinking government drug that they are holidaying on your addiction or putting their family through top schools while you  suck nothing but your wasted toxic money back into your body...

Ahh, gain a couple of pounds,  suddenly have a heap more time on your hands to spend with your family, get white teeth and a clean body back, stop stinking like eiow and save around $10k per year, um just so you know that's mortgage repayments (or close to , don't get technical. But it rent too) 

cmon guys if I can do t his, even tho I want one most days, but I'm not putting that poison near my body again, you can one day start building yourself up and go round singing

You can beat the cigarette... You'll smell amazing too... You should try kissing without it... Omg it's so much sexier💋💋💋
