I still can't believe how far I have come without a cigarette

249 days smoke free. Never have cravings just the occasional thought which only lasts as long as I want it to. I have a bad cold and have remembered how I used to smoke through a cold which often turned to bronchitis then to the doctors for antibiotics and still smoked. What a crazy addiction. Have saved a fortune and generally health is good. Bad cold but no chest infection. This site has been great and helps to focus on why I quit and the benefits of doing so. Thanks all

Hi Dobbin, 350 days smoke free today. Every day the cravings return but so much easier to deal with them. Definitely harder tog quit than to start. Yes, without this site and the positive comments, would be so much harder to succeed.
