Well who would believe it 65 days without a cigarette, well certainly I wouldn't have, but I have done it. This week has been the worst for some time, I have been unwell and the urge to smoke has been full on, don't know why but I have always wanted to smoke more when I have been unwell. I am back off to the doctor next week for a check up hopefully whatever this is, it is just a bug.

I am so happy to see so many new people joining this forum, it has helped me so much, and I hope you all receive the same benefits that I have experienced and that you are successful in your attempts. I would like to share something I read hear, that whatever is going on in your life a cigarette is not going to change it, if you give in and have a cigarette, whatever was troubling is still going to be there so the cigarette hasn't made any difference. So take a day at a time, and good luck

Bless you, Storm. So we will all have good days and bad days while stopping but isn't that the same whether we are smokers or not. The good days will still be there with the bad days. But we have something the non-smokers don't have. We can see our own strength as we battle our way through this challenge.

I hope you're feeling better soon and thanks so much for your support.
