hey if this was easy this place would be packed, we all have crap to go through and deal with when quitting God only knows I have but here we stand, wounded and battered and healing and smoke free.
not every smoker gets to say that !! we are the lucky ones. crappy times and all !!

Congratulations Storm. We all know this is not an easy journey. I will repeat what Fullofhope has posted recently - it gets easier but it is not easy. Each day is a triumph that you do not smoke. The support and the posts on this site have helped me tremendously over my 211 smoke free days. Good luck and keep saying no to your toxic friend
