day 2

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 3 May 2016

Im on day 2 of being completely smoke free. Yesterday I found so easy which surprised me as Ive smoked 40 a day for over 15 years I think the champix has helped alot. I woke up threw out the ashtray and told my kids todays the day. Ive chewed a ton of gum today my cravings have been stronger and I have been so grumpy my mum told me to just have a smoke but I refuse to when I spent two weeks suffering from the side effects of the champix. I hope these cravings dont last to long

Too easy to just have a smoke. I've been looking for an excuse to have one the last few days after 76 days!! This morning I was so irritable, caused by family issues...was so tempted to smoke but had to remind myself i'd still be irritable after. Tomorrows another day :)
