seriously I am having one of those days that everything that can go wrong will go wrong, wont go in to all the details but we all know what it feels like right?
so yes in TIME it will get sorted with some hard work by me and none of it my fault,
so right now it feels like my heads going to explode, I dare not go outside I may get hit by a stray satellite.
anyway getting through days like this smoke free has to be a huge mark up in the I can do it column.

I did what any normal person would do to not have a smoke I went planted 100 square feet of carrots.
my point is some days its just enough not to have a smoke !!
I did really plant the carrots though :) see what happens with them and yeah it was in a real garden :)

Hi IC, just wanted you to know someone is here for you, keep taking deep breaths and you will get through another day. Those carrots you planted will come in handy and there is nothing better than fresh food from your own garden. Hang in there
Congratulations for getting through it smoke free. Stray satellites in the form of people etc can bring you undone. They didn't, you planted a huge carrot garden. What a wonderful thing to do instead of having a smoke.
Power to you. And enjoy them when they grow because of you.

I did look up from time to time :)
I had the garden there and was wanting to plant some carrots just hadn't got to it, so I used the frustration to get them in , worked and will give me something to look after over winter.
not sure how they will do , but the ground is good so fingers crossed, and yes they taste like real carrots last year they were great :)
so the main thing is I didn't have a smoke , I worked of the frustration in a good way, I worked out what I could change today and did that and the rest will work itself out over the next week I hope.
anyways could have been worse I could have let it have a smoke in my mouth and so I guess this stuff is sent to test us and see where we are at, so I did ok, not great but ok !

Well done ic, and imagine that if you did have that smoke, not only would it lead to 1000 more, but you wouldn't have felt any better
thanks weewillem, I may never stop again if I have just one puff, and I know for sure I would have felt like crap, then that leads to more excuses to smoke, so plant carrots :) is the moral of the story LOL
I am a little stronger for the experience :)

Like you, I may never stop again if I just have one puff. Thank you for reminding me. I'm going through hell right now but one thing that is going well for me is that I have not smoked for 80 days.
Quitting smoking is not just about quitting smoking for me. No, its my jewel. Its my precious thing that helps me. Its an honourable thing to quit smoking. As long as I don't take a puff, then no-one can take this joy/pride of being smoke free away from me.
I think we go through cycles and everything will become shiny and new again soon for you ;)
yeah seems maybe there is some dark force out there that wants us to smoke with some hard tests or maybe its just life which ever way its a test for sure.
yeah like I said to my mate I want this not to be I stopped smoking I want it to be a life changing event, and well its going slower than expected but still on track :)
I may have permanently stuffed up my lungs time will tell with that one its only early days takes time to heal hey, but there are things I want to do before I leave this planet and they were not going to happen ever if I kept smoking, at least now I have some chance even if only small its better than no chance.

Proud of you IC. You should be proud of yourself too. Life's not easy but it's a darn site harder when you're smoking too. Keep strong and keep planting, that nicotine nasty has no power over you. You tell him that.
