Aaah --- Soo Horrible
I am Diabetic. Its been 37 days. Its been a Horrifying experience for me. . First 15 days I always felt that I may get a heart attack went thru all the checkup's even went thru an angiogram Nothing came back as results all clear. Even today I get that chest tightness for a time brief that goes away for that to go away I take 1 mg Nictoex. Any experience like this with you guys.
I know what it is anxiety/panic attacks they affect everyone a bit different, but if your tests are clear then its a mind thing and a body thing like fight/flight , do you have any trauma in your past, no need to answer but it will give you an idea as to what's happening and why.
nicotine is a drug that can numb pain emotional and physical but more emotional and so learning to deal with this stuff nicotine free is a challenge I was a mess this morning if you read some of my posts and I need to share how I am doing the good the bad and the ugly it helps me free up some space for good stuff to come in.
so yeah its no fun for sure and I understand.
