80 days free after 18 years of smoking

Today is my 80 days free from smoke. My biggest achievement so far since the day I start smoking back in 1998. I am commited to stay clean, and also to have a healthier life and long one for my wife and son. I also start a new routine : workout routine, since day one I've been doing 7 minutes / freeletics / 15K Run per week. It's still a work in progress, I can't wait to post something in next 120 days. :)

If you have "only" smoked for 17 years you have probably another 50 years of being smoke free and chances are you will save over $350 000. That is what you will burn in an ashtray of you err.

Hello Endrian, great achievement on 80 days.
You have the positive goal for 120 days, you certainly can do it with your positivity.
Some days are more challenging than others but we can work through them, with a change of thought or routine.
Looking forward to your 120 days.

sure is one day at a time for me LOL and I learn a bit every day , but well done you have a plan its working stick too it and keep those smokes away life is much better without them.

Well done Endrian,
Thanks for posting and telling us. I'm over 2 months today!
I'm not doing any strenuous exercise but my bike riding around the block is helping heaps. I'm going further out now and learning the different streets around the neighbourhood. I can't do it without an isotonic drink though. I sip the drink to reward myself after a certain time. My next goal to look forward to is 90 days, one day at a time.
