Quitting using the gum

I am now 20 hours into withdrawal from 2mg gum its very hard and I'm hoping that others on here have been through this type of feeling ive noticed ive had a really bad headache at the moment all I'm using is a 24 hour patch I haven't smoked any cigarettes in months just been addicted to the gum pretty terrible feeling
