My 1st day

Well , I haven't took any medications, I just have stood up and say "the money I'm spending on buying cigarettes is way too much and if I donate to the people who can't afford money for food it would be way better for me and for my health and for the people " so I've made my goal. And I will accomplish it . We're buying disease with our money it's really made my felt like I'm a Slave !! However, be strong and take it easy .

one second at a time the 1st few days for me, it seems to be getting easier, but then I have the smoke free me to deal with and that's a whole new side of not smoking.

I quit smoking cold turkey 45 days ago and can remember the first few days. Congrats to all of you who make the first day without any forms of nicotene. I'm a heavy smoker and quit after more than 30 years of smoking and if I can do it, so can any of you.
People who care about you will be so happy to know that you've quit. I don't know you guys but I am happy to hear you are quitting!

Hi Saeb. After I made the decision to quit I remember after 36 hours I realised I had saved $36… I thought that was quite amazing. Strange. Now after 323 days and nearly $7000 saved, I know I must never take a backwards step. That money looks better in my savings account than the ashtray… Now that is a good feeling
