I put down tired as one of my triggers , being aware is a important and the solution was rest & take care of me.

happy 24 hrs. and well done they say it gets better.

Well done DanniMc, to get through any day smoke free is a great achievement, to do it when everything seems against you is a testament to your strength. Early in my journey, I also had days like you describe, but I didn't give in either, I am now 44 days and although I still take a day at a time and still have days I'd rather forget, it is getting better. I also am on Champix, I think it possibly makes it easier, but we still have to use willpower in our fight against our addicton. Good luck on your journey, and keep posting, it may help you but also others that are on the same path.

Well done DanniMc, take it one day at a time and as IC said...take care of yourself. Good luck
