Smoke free, day 30 nearly over, in two days time I am going to be 60 and smoke free 32 days I can't believe I am actually doing this, as much as I sometimes think I want a cigarette, I know that I actually don't so I just keep moving forward, this is the first time I think I have allowed myself to celebrate before I achieved something but I am confident that I can do it. Tomorrow I will have a house full of people for the next few days, so I am not sure if I will get a chance to check in and I wanted to celebrate this milestone with you.
