Day 10 .... Fatigue and tired .... fighting

Looks like these withdrawal symptoms do not go away, the urge for smoking at it's maximum. fatigue and tired...... However, i still have the will and positive energy to continue my life rescue. Never thought i can make it so far after 25 years of heavy smoking.

some said to me it will probably get worse before it gets better and in some regards this is true I smoked for 30 years the body and brain are going through huge changes for the good but it is draining and so therefore pretty normal I would think.
but if concerned always check with your Dr.
keep going it has to a million times better than being chained to those things!! I know I am day 12 cold turkey and my body is changing my brain learning to fire without nicotine its not easy but the short term pain is well and truly worth the long term gain !!
IC

Hi all it's been 2 months now without ciggies n grog! I'm proud of myself, but most days are still hard think I'll stay on the strong patches for another month any feedback about the patches!

Stay at it - it gets easier, then a little harder and then easier and then, when it seems hard it is still so much easier than the first few months. The longer you last the more likely you will last forever. All that said, it is incredibly hard to be gentle on yourself when you feel despairing about giving up. Do something for yourself - you can afford to with all the cash you are saving.
Good Luck
