It's been 18 days and 6 hours since i smoked my last cigarette. It gets better every day i feel i can breathe better. Many challenges through our daily routine which was mainly connected in all occasions with a smoke. However, still in high spirit and will never Give up.

Can you imagine never having to smoke (or quit) ever again? Being able to breathe easier, taste raindrops, smell flowers, the recovery is probably easier than being an active smoker and far more pleasant!

schedule 20 Apr 2016

Hi Mahmoud42. It seems you have embarked on a new adventure. Yes, every hour, day, week will be a huge achievement and reclaiming the sense of smell, taste not to mention rediscovering breathing will be an amazing reward. If you want to succeed then share on this site with those who truly understand and care that you succeed. I have posted 30 stories over the space of 327 days and could never have got this far without regular and then sporadic feedback from the amazing and understanding regulars. Sporadic, because many fail. Stayers enjoy the commoraderie and ongoing success of fellow quitters.
