severe cravings disturbing me.

completed day 6 without any smoke. but I can not feel like that,. it is as if I smoked yesterday . cravings for a cigarette is now very much. but I know one cigarette will invite hundreds of cigarettes. I dont want to fall in that trap.

In most cases you're doing much more than just giving up smoking, you changing your lifestyle in the absence of nicotine. My strongest urge was always after dinner and therefore I had a go out for a walk to shake it off. I brought a pet dog to make my evening more exciting. Find something you enjoy doing to do to combat your cravings. Remember giving up smoking means changing routines and habits. Keep battling!!!!

1 is too many and 100 is never enough - imagine the hundreds of cigarettes that you would smoke in the future uf you had just one today
