194 days and rarely think of cigarettes. Roller coaster ride at first but I had sort of expected that. Saved a fortune and have decided to buy a Les Paul Gibson guitar as a gift to myself. So glad After over 50 years of smoking I am making this effort. Chest has cleared " no more yucky green throw ups ". However am vigilant as I am fully aware that just one puff will send me back on it. Dobbin

good job Dobbin , enjoy that guitar :) one day at time hey sometimes less for me :) but I am doing the same putting the cash away I would have spent on smokes, good plan I recon.
