Hi. Have just reached 182 days or 6 months smoke free. Have put on a stone in weight but have joined a gym which I use regularly. Have saved approximately £1300 in british pounds. Really feel fantastic about stopping and the cravings are rare now. I invariably wake up and forget I was a smoker. When I smoked I hated that first one. I recommend be persistent because it is worth it.

Hey, congratulations for all your hard work. Well done :))
Remember that smoking is like a predator that needs to consume us.
It's when we forget all our hard work, that causes the most damage.
Never lose track of all of those days, never forget any of them, as that monster is always there waiting, waiting for a chance to consume us again.
Best wishes always for all those battles still to come.
I'm at day number 308... Never let down your guard :))
