feeling like I am missing my friend

this is not a hint or tip. just feel teary that I have to change my habits. I usually have a smoke when I get home, dinner, then another smoke. tonight just straight into dinner then felt lost.

Kerrielee totally understand I am in day 9 and I still have those feeling, how long since you have had a smoke

Quitting smoking can leave you with an empty feeling, like grief. You need to change your mindset to a positive one, like thank goodness I don't smoke any more and have some extra time to do something positive ☺

I also feel like i'm missing out after a month!!Have to tell myself its a "fiend" and not a "friend". Keep busy at the times you would normally smoke. As Storm says, some days are easier than others.

I slipped up have reset my quit date. so dissappointed in myself.Have family here all weekend so going to keep track of what I have done and where I am headed . smoke free. new quit day monday. went for an hour walk this morning to create a new habit for myself.
