day 15 not good emotionally
Nearly through day 15, smoke free. Today has been difficult, but I am starting to believe that the feelings I have now are not so much a craving but more looking for the comfort of an old friend.
I know we are all different but my husband smokes, and we have always smoked inside, and he does still, but being around smoke doesn't seem to bother me.
I can only image that my head was in the right place when I decided to quit. My husband is trying to cut back for me, but his head is not in the right place to attempt the quit, and we all know it has to be our own decision. Good luck to all of us we need to remain strong always
Hello Storm, today you would be day 16....just seeing how you are copeing since yesterday, on you down day....this feeling you have is 1 of the many that you have been going through...and will continue to go through......you say its like missing an old friend....Yes well the Nicotine Devil is no friend but a fiend, it can mask many situations to make you into falling into its trap,,, it doesn't want you to succeed in the quest of being an ex smoker....
Like me...I have others smoking around me, but I have no desire to join them...
So come on Storm, those feeling will pass over.
Greetings Storm Going through the same things - my partner smokes inside and will stop smoking inside when I do.
