Still quit.

Hi All. It's almost 6 months since I quit the filthy 33 year addiction. I'm now free to join the general public without having to worry about dashing off somewhere for a quick smoke and have people complain about the stinking smoke which I was emitting into the air. I still use the Nicorette spray mist from time to time, but this is totally harmless compared to lighting up a dirty, stinking cigarette. My definaition of a cigarette is.... It's a cylinder of tobacco - surrounded by paper - a light at one end and a sucker at the other.

Well done. I am at nearly 4 months and it is great that we are both not that sucker anymore with that toxic friend.

Thanks for the kind comments guys. The best is still yet to come. I have two infant sons which I want to celebrate their 21st birthdays with. This is now made possible due to better health, plus I'm assisting others with quitting the smokes. I never thought I could quit, but if I can do it... then anyone can. My will power is not strong. I still read google reviews about the nasting toxins of cigarettes along with googling images of the human body which has been affected by smoking (and some are very graphic)... this assists me in staying smoke free. As Yul Brynner said back in the eighties before he died of lung cancer.... Whatever you do... DON'T SMOKE. You can see the video for yourself on u tube. A simple message from way back then.
