i am smoke free for 62 hours..! its very pleasure to me.. urging is less.. i am focused very much .. i am getting a new life.. very charming.. now i can run 200 meter fast.. which was very exhaustive to me 62 hours ago.. thank u all < i can quit> ,, all the blogs are very helpful to me..
