Seeing a hypnotherapist tomorrow

Just to recap, this is the second *serious* quit journey I've been on. In 2013 I quit for 7 months thanks to Champix - but decided to 'reward' myself after a successful job interview with beer(s) and smoke(s). Champix was so effective up to that point that I thought I could actually get away with it!
Anyway, this time I got empowered to quit and decided the best approach would be to just get the nicotine out of my system asap while my mind was in warrior mode, so I chose cold turkey. It is now Day 7 and the nicotine is technically out of my system and it's just the cravings/ mental attachment I'm dealing with.
So... tomorrow I am going to see an accredited hypnotherapist in Sydney to help me focus on the horizon line and not the nagging day-to-day trial of quitting.
No idea what I'm in for yet, but will keep you posted!

Hello jack like you I had given up for 6 months using champix then started smoking again😟.I also decided to try hypnotherapy it was the best thing I ever did
I haven't had a smoke in 18 months and so proud of myself if only I had tried hypnosis sooner. I live in Melbourne so no idea about any hypnotherapist's in Sydney
My hypnotherapist came recommended to me from a friend who had given up smoking. Good luck with your journey and keep posting.

Hey Sconie, thanks very much for letting me know - it's great to hear a solid thumbs up about the hypnotherapy! I am hoping it will just help focus my resolve so will update after it's done tomorrow afternoon.
