96 hours and still breathing.

I have learnt that this is not easy, been listening to some relaxation tapes, read on here about a person dancing to music she recorded as they walked. I now know that I need to try and enjoy the changes and look at it as a new way of living. Thanking all of you as this site has led me to believe in myself and accept my insane moments are ok.

Well done Cath. I have found great comfort and help in reading other people's stories on this site. I exercise, clean, drink lots of water and I gave that craving voice a name - Cruella de ville and I tell her she is not going to win no matter how hard she tries to tempt me. The more you say no the easier it gets over time. The money you will save, the cough (if you have one yet) will go away and you will no longer smell like an ashtray. Good luck on your journey to having a smoke free life. Keep posting your progress
