21 weeks ago I had my last smoke.

What a journey it has been.

But I am so pleased with my achievment.

Congratulations - you should be enormously pleased with your achievement. It is a hard road to go down and I think you have probably found the right path. Good on you and good luck on the rest of the journey.

Congratulations. I hope you did the "I'm extremely awesome" dance around the kitchen. Now buy yourself a treat and enjoy. Love to read success stories because they help me to stay motivated. Well done.

Thanks guys.

The support of this group is great, reading stories from everyday people gives me encouragment.

I saw a very sad situation the other day shopping, there was an frail older lady maybe about 70ish with a Wheelie Walker, she was being assisted with the grocery shopping by who may of been her daughter, she was a frail woman after I had finished my shopping

and walking towards my car I saw this older lady sitting in a car but still with her feet on the ground, what I saw next was one to wake me up about why I gave up smoking, this

poor dear was attached to the Oxy bottle but had a smoke in her hand while the daughter

was unpacking the trolley.

I wish everyone great success in your endeavors to boot the habit.
