Feeling good about myself but I know it is only early days. I really could have smoked the last 2 days because of stress but instead I did some deep breathing and started doing something to take my mind off it. I feel different this time than when I previously quit for 3 months; then all I could think about was smokes and how I wanted one but this time I'm not doing that.....strange or just a more positive approach???

Whatever it is, try and harness it. I think the combination of deep breathing, rigorous walks and just saying no helps. I think you also have a positive approach and you have to keep that at the front of your brain.
And ... congratulate yourself on what you have achieved so far. Well done you.
