10 days since last smoke..tonight im craving

Hi ive been reading these helpful stories and the great feedback ever since I stopped smoking 10 days ago, with the help of Champix i find that like a lot of people on here I need to also keep busy, i attend the gym 6 nights a week and go nuts on the treadmill and weights for a few hours..i missed the gym 2 nights in a row now and im feeling triggered.. the craving seemed to have disappeared up till this point and and I felt no withdrawls at all buy it seens like where ever I go or whatever I watch on TV.. someone starts smoking..i don't want to hide away from life..but for now that seems the safest bet..now I read that the cravings are strong in the third month also..is this true for everyone???
First time I quit was on champix. Although I stopped 3 weeks after I quit because it was doing my head in. But see a doc first! I remember reading somewhere that 3 months craving is a symptom of nicotine finally out of your muscles too. Hence the craving. I had it slightly. But at that stage logic was doing the talking. So was personally a lot easier. Well done on the 10 days though

Hi Canada Ross, Congrats on your 10 days, thats a major step in the right direction of quitting.
With cravings for a smoke...they will come and go till the day you die,, but as you are still in the early stages they will be very strong urges but you have to be very strong and postitive over the habit that has dominated your life..
Its not an easy road but Mind Play can play a big part in your quest, Be and stay positive and you can be a Winner over Nicotine,
Looking forward to an update on your progress as time goes by.

it depnes on the person and how much he was smoking like in my case i was smoking over 40 cig in day so now i'm in 8 day with smoking and i'm already losing my mind but i still holding up and fight this u should do the same i know how hard it is but anyone can do it if he believe that
