Wow I just checked back in tonight after work and I've been smoke free for eighty days!! (a few times I have slipped up while drunk and stole a couple hits from a friends cigarette) but other than that, I have been free from this disgusting habit. So much has changed. I smell better and I feel better. I honestly think the thing that has helped me so much is not being around people who smoke hardly ever. Out of sight out of mind. I'm so proud of me. The first month seemed to drag on and on, but I kept pushing myself to get to the one month mark. Then one month turned into two. Now the days go by almost effortlessly with the exception of a few insatiable cravings here and there. People who are trying to quit you CAN do it. The worst part is getting through the first month.

Way to go - you are thrashing the habit and I can tell you that whilst the memoydon't leave, the cravings do.

hope to be free and not remember how long I just want the freedom, I was thinking dangerous I know, I would get less for murder, so why have I been killing myself. Perhaps I have found the secret for me, health, wealth and lots of living to do. Been reading a lot and if I let all of your words sink n to my thoughts I will make it, with a lot of hard work. Smiles to all.
