Week 3

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 28 Jan 2016

Whoo made it to week 3 without any slip ups!! I'm so proud of my efforts as this is the longest I have gone without cheating. I have even been around smokers and had alcohol and the smell actually made me feel unwell. Cravings are still there everyday though I don't want to pick one up. It's strange. I can't wait for this feeling to disappear...

schedule 2 Feb 2016

Thanks everyone! It will be a month this weekend and I'm excited to hit that milestone! This page and the quit buddy are worth their weight in gold! I have found that support from others is what gets you through!

I have been ticking off the days on the calendar and my husband was surprised when he saw nearly a full page marked out!

CHEERS

schedule 21 Feb 2016

I am female 27 years old and am Quitting smoking. Many reasons, more importantly I want to grow old. Hope to save and never waste another $20 -$25 of my money on a useless packet again. Its been two weeks only and i am invested in my decision as I am in my first trimester of pregnancy so the first 9 months of quitting should be easy I don't want to ever smoke again not even after my baby is born.

So far the smell has turned me sick my partner smokes out doors and I cant stand the stale smell thats imbedded in the air around him when he comes back inside. Quitt & take control of your will power.

Thanks.
